Facteur-Humain, a specialized recruitment agency, is recruiting for its client, a prestigious luxury brand renowned worldwide for its exceptional watches and fine jewelry, for the position of Luxury Goods Sales Advisor. 

In this exciting role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for an exclusive clientele, both nationally and internationally. You will guide customers through the selection and purchase process of high-end timepieces and jewelry, delivering expert advice and a personalized service experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. Your day-to-day activities will also include actively networking to grow and maintain a robust customer base, as well as contributing to the attractive presentation of sales areas, display windows, and showcases.

To excel in this position, you must have at least three years of experience in luxury goods sales; a background in the watch and jewelry sector will be a significant advantage. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in Corean—or any additional language—is highly valued. Moreover, you will be able to work with specific conditions, as the role demands working at a high altitude of 3,517 meters, regardless of challenging weather conditions such as rain, snow, or storms.

We are looking for a candidate who combines professional expertise with genuine empathy, intercultural competence, and enthusiasm in dealing with a diverse, discerning clientele. Additionally, residing in the Grindelwald or Interlaken area and having industry contacts would be considered a plus.
